LoadSpan

Privacy policy

Last updated: October 4, 2026

This policy describes information handled by LoadSpan's website and business application. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to loadspan.platform@gmail.com.

Information we handle

Google sign-in. We request basic identity, email and profile permissions. We use your Google account identifier and verified email address to connect you to authorized LoadSpan access. LoadSpan also stores the display name entered when your access is configured. The current application does not request permission to read Gmail messages, Google Drive files or Google Calendar events.

Business and customer records. Information entered into LoadSpan can include business details, names, email addresses, phone numbers, locations, delivery addresses or coordinates, materials, Equipment, pricing, customer Accounts, inquiries, Quotes, agreement notes, requested and confirmed schedules, and completion or cancellation records.

Technical information. We process session and security information and service diagnostics. Hosting infrastructure may record network and request metadata, such as IP addresses, request times and response status.

How we use information

We use this information to sign users in, enforce workspace permissions, calculate and preserve pricing, manage customer relationships and agreed work, support the service, investigate problems and recover from outages. Google sign-in information is used for identity and access, not for advertising.

Who can receive information

Business records are available through the permissions assigned to that business's users and authorized LoadSpan administrators. A business can publish customer-facing information, provide private customer links or authorize limited supplier and hauling relationships. Those actions make the information allowed by the selected feature available to its intended recipients.

Google provides sign-in. Google Cloud hosts application services, stored records, logs and backups. When address suggestions or delivery routing are requested, LoadSpan sends the entered address text or pickup and destination coordinates to Geoapify to obtain address matches and route estimates. Google sign-in credentials are not sent to Geoapify. Our fuel-index integration requests public regional fuel data from the U.S. Energy Information Administration; it does not send customer names, contact details or delivery addresses.

Cookies and local session information

LoadSpan uses essential cookies for sign-in, session access, private customer access and protection against forged requests. Blocking these cookies can prevent those features from working. These two informational pages contain no advertising or analytics scripts.

Storage, history and requests

LoadSpan stores business records and version history to operate the service and preserve the terms and actions recorded by a business. Historical Quotes, agreements and completed work can remain after current settings change. Backup copies support recovery and may retain earlier data.

For access, correction or deletion requests, contact loadspan.platform@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity and coordinate with the business responsible for the records. Historical-record, security and backup requirements may affect what can be changed or removed. This policy does not promise immediate deletion of all copies.

Policy updates

We will update this page when the practices described here change. The date above identifies the current version.
